Mandiri Inhealth-RS Synergy Abdul Radjak Salemba Hospital, Providing Exclusive Lounge for the Insured

Jakarta, 13 April 2023 - PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth) synergises with Abdul Radjak Hospital, Salemba by providing a lounge or special room that serves Mandiri Inhealth Insured. The inauguration ceremony was held in a special lounge for Mandiri Inhealth Insured located in the Auditorium Radjak Hospital Salemba, Thursday, (14/4).

The inauguration of this lounge was carried out by the Director of Operations of Mandiri Inhealth Jenni Wihartini together with the President of Radjak Group dr Sudinaryati MARS, the inauguration of this lounge was witnessed by the management of Mandiri Inhealth, namely Atik Maritasari as Head of Operations of Mandiri Inhealth Jakarta and also the CRO Team and PRO Mandiri Inhealth Jakarta. This synergy is an effort of both parties to provide optimal service for the Insured Mandiri Inhealth. Mandiri Inhealth's cooperation with Abdul Radjak Hospital, Salemba has been established since 2014.

With this special lounge, it is hoped that it can provide more service to the Insured, this lounge can also function as a source of information, handling Insured complaints, controlling integrated services and minimising waiting time. The Mandiri Inhealth Lounge can be accessed by Insured Mandiri Inhealth Indemnity and Managed Care ranging from Silver to Diamond plans. Apart from being a waiting room, the pelkesonline application system has been implemented by both parties in real time in order to facilitate the services received by the Insured.
